ideas42 is a non-profit that uses insights from human behavior—why people do what they do—to help improve lives, build better systems, and drive social change.
ideas42’s postsecondary education team uses this approach to help more people, particularly those from historically under-represented groups, efficiently complete college degrees that improve their economic well-being.

Since 2013, ideas42 has run more than three dozen rigorous behavioral interventions with colleges to improve access, retention, and graduation. Beyond our direct work with colleges, we have also piloted solutions with higher ed non-profits to support students to and through college.
